On my first pair of boots, there was a hole that developed in an unusual place on top of the boot. The replaced my boots with no hassle. Since then I have bought several more because they are great boots and they stood behind their product! The last pair I replaced because I wore them out. With the composite toes, I have no problem going through the airport metal scanners.
